Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water or coconut milk. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- In a bowl, mix rice flour and salt.
- Gradually add the yeast mixture and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Cover and let the batter rest in a warm place for 30–45 minutes.
- Pour batter into lightly greased molds or heat-safe cups.
- Steam over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until cakes are puffed and set.
- Remove from steamer and let cool slightly before serving.
