- In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Add a cube of mozzarella cheese and a few chopped pickles in the center.
- Wrap the meat around the filling and roll into a ball, sealing it well.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked (about 10–12 minutes).
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

- Seal the meatballs tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out.
- Use small cheese cubes for better melting inside.
- You can bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes instead of frying.
- Serve with ranch or garlic sauce for extra flavor.
