  • In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
  • Add a cube of mozzarella cheese and a few chopped pickles in the center.
  • Wrap the meat around the filling and roll into a ball, sealing it well.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked (about 10–12 minutes).
  • Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
