Make the spread
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with dry dill, garlic powder, and optional seasonings until smooth.
Spread it out
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla (edge to edge).
Add fillings
Place deli ham or corned beef slices (if using)
Add whole pickle spears or sprinkle chopped pickles evenly
Roll tightly
Roll each tortilla up as tight as possible to keep everything inside.
Chill for best results ❄️
Wrap rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours (makes slicing easier and cleaner).
Slice & serve
Cut into 1-inch pinwheels or bite-size pieces.
