Instructions

    If using the egg white, add it to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to create a light foam.

  2. Add Ingredients:
    Add the amaretto, vanilla vodka, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, heavy cream, and a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.

    Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled, creamy, and frothy.

  4. Strain and Serve:
